J Ain M is: ج ع م

These letters stand for جمهورية مصر العربي which means "Arab Republic of Egypt".
I'm not orange and also in other things I'm not a Donald at all. DonChori like Don Felipe or Doña María, por favor.

For me it looks like J Ain M because the last letter is M. But the the other ones don't really look like J and Ain. Maybe you can take another picture?

I'm sorry, the second picture isn't better because its out of focus, too. But I'm still quite sure the last letter -on the left- is a "m" so you should have the second type (if on the other side of the coin there isn't any other inscription)...
