You could have found it right away if you hadn't used the spelling Guiana as on the coin, but rather Guyana:

I would grade it VG (or F- if I were an optimist) and thus arrive at melt value, $1,23. But what NGC says is only one truth, of course.

Nice find, coins like this would fetch maybe 3/4 quid I would say simply because of what it is.
