Hungary 50 filler 1948

But I want to tell you that the price for that coin is so high because a lot of pieces were melt down so it is still pretty rare coin. I got that information from my friend. You can check the prices and everywhere is the price really high.

I don't know but there is one for sale on US e-Bay NGC MS65 for 1000 US dollars. I don't know if that's any help. yours daryl

I kept it because according to my Krause it's valuable... Usually I go for higher grade coins...

As a coin dealer I can tell you that yes price for this coin is unrealistic - it's too high. I don't know why catalog gives this kind of information. I had sold many coins of this type. I can't imagine why we should spend ~80 USD for F quality coin for this type. I would say price is about 6 USD to 40 USD depending of quality. Check ebay and you will see it.
