Unknow Nepal coin proof quality

I do not have a picture of this coin right now, but it looks exactly like link EXCEPT in the date is says 202E (or backwards 3).

Which doesn't match up at all, as well the person who I got it from says he is positive it is aluminum bronze. And I can easily tell it's a proof coin because it nearly is mirror finished, and in absolutely MS70 condition (my opinion - I do not have a microscope to verify). The coin looks like it is liquid kind of from how smooth and clean it looks. Almost edible-looking. :)

Anyways, so the guy says it is a 1972 25 paisa but I cannot figure out about the date. Anyone help me out please?

The numerals used on Nepal coins are shown here ...

The date is 2029 (1972) even though it looks like it is 2026 (1969) - here are some recent topics about that - they are about a different denomination, but they mention the characters look similar ...

Not sure about aluminium-bronze though. But the 1972 line on the page you mentioned does says proof only, so with what I wrote above, then the person you got it from is right.  :)

Thanks very much! ya know as I catalogue my coins I find that I do not like how some coins are made, why can't they just use one standard instead of using funny things that confuse people....

Anyways, you solved my issue I think. The coin looks like it does say 2026 based on that legend in link, but if you confirm seller's info, I will believe it.

Man I love proof coins, They will be super valuable one day I hope lol. Such nice quality, and so few produced, it's a shame I don't have more, in total I have 20 out of about 2,000 coins.  1% lol.

Thanks
