What is the deal with these coins?  Leichtenstein uses the swiss franc is not a member of the "Euro Zone", as far as I know.  Are these "pattern" coins?

I READ SOMETHING ABOUT SMALLER COUNTRIES SELLING THE COPYRIGHTS TO THERE COAT OF ARMS TO DIFFERENT MINTS THEN THE MINTS CREATE COINS WITH THAT COUNTRIES LOGO AND START  MAKING COMMEMORATIVE COINS SORT OF LIKE ALL THE LIBERIA COINS
I believe they are bullion coinage, with a purely nominal face value. Perhaps Liechtenstein signed an agreement allowing them to issue in Euros. There are many pacific nations that issue one or two bullion coins in USD or Pound Sterling. Also, some crown dependencies issue their silver bullions in Pound Sterling.
