Seeing that nobody has replied yet, and in spite of the fact that I am not an expert in this coinage, I can first say the obvious, that there is no mint mark and that it was therefore struck in London. (The "H" mint mark, which would be punched below the date, was used for the issues contracted out to the Heaton mint.)
Now, the other main issue is whether the queen's wreath displays 3 or 4 berries. From the photo it looks like your coin is of the 3 berries variety, but the picture is not clear enough to make sure. Given that the 4 berries variety is much scarcer, it is very likely that yours is the 3 berry variety.
