Turkey 20 Para Regnal Year date?

This coin comes with either no regnal mark or a regnal mark I believe. I have two of these, both identical as far as I can tell (one pictured). If there is a mark, does anyone know where you might find the regnal mark or indication? I can't say for sure.

Just below the main design (within the dotted border) on the first picture.



 Looks like an Arabic 4 (see below from the Special Keyboard) at the end - not sure what character or number is before it. Also I will make a Change Request to add a note where the regnal year is located; like I mentioned on another topic about mintmarks etc.

Right. So that one would be 1912 then? Hmm, I had 1912 down on the coin for a year or more and I could not remember how I arrived at that. Just got another one with the same regnal year then. Oh well, one for the swap list.
