Lettering around the coat of arms reads: "Rzeczpospolita Polska".
ln 1949 formal name of this country was: "People's Republic of Poland ", what translates into:
- "Polska Rzeczpospolita Ludowa" .
I just wander if it is simple mint mistake or somebody's serious overlooking of possible trouble?
By the way the coat of arms (white eagle) on this coin is not right with "Rze..... Polska" it should wear the crown.
Did anyone noticed the same?
Let me know, please.

As you can see it should say Rzeczpospolita Polska. I don't know why in 1949 Poland didn't use the PRL name on the coins, but all 1949 pieces bear RP on it. The eagle was changed to the communist one already, so it differs from modern coins inscribed with RP on it.
This page answers your question:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polish_People%27s_Republic

"Between 1947 and 1952, the name of the Polish state was the Republic of Poland (Rzeczpospolita Polska), in accordance with the temporary Constitution of 1947."

Poland formally became a "People's Republic" only in 1952.

The removal of the crown from the eagle's head after WII was probably already a compromise to Soviet 'protectorship'.
