Really cool coin! I'm still new to collecting and just wanted to show my appreciation. What makes this coin so rare/special?
What I collect: US, 3rd Reich Germany, Philippines, Ancients, Vatican City, North Korea.

Thanks! In fact, I myself ask myself this question "..... why is it so expensive and what's special about it?"
The answer is simple ... coins are very rare, it is very difficult to find in excellent condition (well, the issue of such coins - was limited !!!) Now many of these coins - today there are counterfeits from China !! !! (Even, there was a case when they made replicas of this coin in Europe) The replicas are very rude and difficult to confuse with the originals.

I don't mean that I don't trust you, it's just that 95% of all Tuvan coin I've has been fakes/copies/replicas, and in 90% of those cases the seller/owner claims it's authentic. So if not for any other reason, it would be cool if you'd like to shiw everyone hiw the real deal looks like. It might help new becomers, and everyone else, to see the differences clearer wheb you have something to compare it with.

I'm the referee for Tannu Tuva and I had to delete most of the pictures because they were fakes. That's why I wrote how I did, for "force" (or "provoke' if you'd like that term better) you to post pictures. ;)

So please show us your amazing coin! I've been hubting them for years now, and everytime I see an authentic one I feel a little better inside. :D

I hope I helped you (when published the original coin) you as referee for Tannu Tuva can give your confirmation on the originality of this coin ???? or is there any doubt ????:D
First of all, this appeal concerns novices of collectors. Now in the market of numismatics a lot of Chinese replicas and as a rule make replicas for more rare coins

1.Do please study the catalogs of the coin you are looking for
2.Look for roughly the market value of this coin (in different resources)
3.Ask for help in identifying more experienced collectors
4. Please remember if you are offered a rare coin (which has a high cost) for only a few dollars, ..... you have a very great chance to purchase a replica

Yes, I agree whith you that this one is authentic. Wish I had one too, but I don't really have the budget for it.

In fact, any collector comes to the fact that the most interesting and desirable coin he does not have a budget for it. This is a matter of priorities, what are you willing to sacrifice and on what kind of spending do you give up for the sake of the coin you need? Believe me, I very often refuse the things I need in favor of the coin I need.

Sooner or later, if you collect coins from all countries .... you will finish collecting coins which are estimated at 2-5 dollars. Then there will be rare countries 10, 50, 100, 500, 1000 dollars for one coin, ask yourself .... are you ready to spend on this kind of money ???? (At the same time, what is there to deny yourself and have a budget limit !!!) Many will respond ..... are not ready. I'll answer I'm ready !!!!

This is a matter of priorities !!!! And how much your hobby has consumed you. Are you loyal to your hobby??? (Here, of course, everyone decides for himself)

When I say that "I don't really have the budget for it" I mean that I don't have the budget.
$100 = food for a week. I often choose food, since coins are pretty hard to chew.
$1,000 = be able to pay the monthly rate + food. Since coins doesn't make my bed warm, nor still my hunger, I choose to pay my rent and buy food.
My income is about $1,200/month, and for that I need to pay my bills, buy food, and buy transportation pass so I can travel to work. And that's it. Bank account empty.

Yes, of course, I understand you, so I wrote that everyone decides for himself. I am sure that many people have unpaid bills, studies or some other financial difficulties. This, of course, is sad .... but I'm sure that every person has problems. I strongly doubt that one of the members of this site can say that he is rich, and he can afford any coin. This is normal - this is life.
