25 Paisa - wrong identification [résolu]

I was adding this coin to my collection when i realised that there is only a line for 2029 PROOF condition which mine its not for obvious reasons:

Diameter is near to 19.2 mm (not 18.05- 19.09 mm as listed here, but its a ridiculous diference i guess)

Weight: 2.9 gr. (not 3.03 - 3.27 gr as listed here, again ridiculous diference, this time probably because of the worm condition of one of the sides)

Thickness: 1.31 mm measuring the rim (again... not 1.55 - 2.02 mm or for the rim1.82-2.02 or 1.66-1.74 mm!

What the hell i got here? Is my reasoning correct?

​2029 is 1972 and 2021 is 1964. Yours is 2021, just the Nepalese 1 is like our 9 in shape.
