Only letter I can read on the back is "VI"

Please post a photo of the other side.
I think that second picture IS the other side.
I also think that it is not VI but IA as rotating the image there looks
like an exergue line on it, making it IA (maybe). Such as on the end
of the UK old 1 Penny coins (34mm) with BRITANNIA design.

On the first side there seems also to be some lines.

That was just a quick guess, but still could be some other coin,
or other lettering. :)

Thank you but I do not believe. It is in a lot of old mediterranean coins (Sicily, Roma, Malta). The head in the front has long hair.
Yes, I see, with that better image. But still on other side I think that
is an exergue line. Not sure it is IA lettering as some parts may be missing.
Going out now, but hopefully during the day someone may find it. :)
